Kevin joined Tracy in 2002 and brings a wealth of information to the team from his background as a local insurance agent for the past 10 years. Prior to his career in insurance, Kevin worked for a greater Boston financial institution as a residential mortgage lender and construction loan officer, making his move to real estate a natural transition. Having strong roots in the community, Kevin is the current Chairman of the Newburyport License Commission, past Chairman of the Newburyport Maritime Society and past board member of the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Northern Essex Mental Health Center. Kevin resides in Newburyport with his wife, Melissa and son, Ian.
